Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with White Owl Novelties. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped 2x a week.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Ground shipping will take longer if shipments are heavier.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are unfortunately out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
White Owl Novelties ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
White Owl Novelties is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). As shipping internationally is active!
Damages
White Owl Novelties is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Although we do our best to make sure your products are received safe and sound, we can not control what happens during shipping travel. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and contact us as we will try and help resolve the issue the best we can!
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
White Owl Novelties handles all refunds, returns, and exchanges on a case to case basis. In doing so we are able to take on special circumstances and resolve each issue accordingly. We strive for our customers satisfaction and happiness! We will treat each situation fairly and reasonably in that customers more than likely are also fair. We treat all of our customers with the utmost respect and ask that our customers do so in return for optimum problem solving solutions! The refund or return will be applied to the tender that was used to purchase the item. If unavailable the amount of the item(s) currently will be applied to a gift card.
